Relationship Skills, Good vs Bad Relationships

Hello my friends, this is Fredo Moreno Human Relations instructor.

I want to remind you about our "Relationships Workshop" coming up next.

When I had my very very first job, one of the things I started realizing after a while was that some people were having good relationships and some people were having bad relationships.

Some people were happy and some people were sad.

Then I realized the same thing was happening throughout my whole life, with my family and friends.

I just never really paid much attention to that because I always had love and warmth and friendship.

After going through many jobs and relationships, I finally understood that it does help to know, understand and develop good relationship skills.

I was wrong thinking that one had natural good or bad relationship skills.

It is true that some people have good relationship skills from very young, but somehow they have nurtured those skills from way before. They just didn't happen like that.

And that doesn't mean that people that don't have good relationship skills from the beginning, they cannot acquire good relationship skills.

Another thing I found out is that people that react to others in a negative way, it doesn't only affect their relationship with others, but affects the way they are feeling with themselves.

Definitely there are relationship skills that one needs to know, understand and develop in order to have successful relationships.

And I don't only mean relationships with others, but relationships with oneself.

That's a strong relationship one needs to develop.

So I see you, for those that are interested, in the next "Relationships Skills Workshop" as part of the "Life Skills Workshop." Thank you much and have a nice day.
